Forum access - for a friend of Stu's.

 A long time friend  of Stu's, Todd Rickard  would like to have access to the forum page on the website.  He may also want to be a member of the Club.  Do you have to authorize access for him (what's involved nowadays for him to do this)?  Can you arrange this and I'll let Todd know?

 I'm looking forward to becoming a member of the PGVMC. It was great meeting some of you fellows (and gals) at the service. It made a tough day that much easier for me.
