Wayne, thanks for keeping us informed regarding this terrible event. I ran into Stu three weeks before he died and had a great visit, even in the short time we chatted he spoke highly of your friendship. My heart goes out to his family and to all those close to him, this is a terrible loss and will take a long time to heal from. It makes me feel good to see the love and support that the club has when something bad happens. Take care all and hope to see some of you again soon. Always, Bob.

I have spoken to quite a few members over the last few days and all were in favor of the club offeing a cheque for $250 to help cover costs of food trays or coffee at Stu's reception.
Wayne B, are you able to approach the family on this? or can you call me with a contact name for me to cal? Kaziff 250-640-0364

STU'S service has been set for 3:00 p.m. Friday October 21st. It will be held at the friendship center kitty corner from the high school. Turn right on Burrard ( the street that runs between the Chevron and the a&w)then right again on Victoria. Can't miss it from there.

I am all for donating funds to support the family at this time.  I wish I could attend the service but am leaving for Alberta on Thursday and will not be back until Monday or Tuesday.  All my best to the family.

STU worked at plateau sawmill from high school. They will pay for catering to this event. there will be a bar at STU'S  funeral and they want to do a round "on STU" . our dollars will contribute to  this. I think it is fitting considering the nature of our club. We are the fun ones after all. I will be emceeing' as well as delivering the eulogy. Anyone wanting to say anything but not the ability to speak in public can e-mail me and I will read it for you. Already going to use Russ's post. Winger1@live.ca.Sorry Wayne. I know Friday is your worst day.Didn't get to pick the date. Marion and Donald ( Stu's parents) already have a house that looks like a rain forest--so I think this is the best thing for us to do. I miss you my friend. ADIOS.

I can have my mini van swept out if anyone wants to car pool.  I can take up to 6 passengers squeezed or 4 in comfort.  I will leave from my office at 1:30.

My office is 251 George Street, right across the street from the courthouse.  Parking downtown kind of sucks though.  If there are enough interested we could meet at a better parking place.  Let me know if you want a lift.

I will also be taking my mini van on Friday and could squeeze in another one or two passengers in addition to those who have already arranged to ride with me. Departure time: 1:30 PM from my home (James Dr.). Call me if you're interested.

After talking with BullDog...this is the only Club Pic I have

Enjoyed my coffee breaks and BS'n with Stu while workin out at Plateau

Saw him last up at Bulldog's Shop on our Bikes....Asked him  what he was up to that day....
Told me that he was a " Loose End " and that he was happy with how his Bike was running now that the Coil had been Repaired or changed out.......

that works, as long as Ted is well enough to drive, there will be Ted, Jack, Guy, Jeff (did i miss someone??) leaving roughly the same time, we will try to rendezvous at the Cdn Tire lot, Russ and Wayne B are taking Russ's truck and trailer to deliver Stu's bike to Vanderhoof, see you then. Kaziff
