I love these Allen Millyard videos. Although he has a nice lathe and TIG welder, he still chops, heats, and washes "in the garden."
I particularly liked the camshaft video. I have been researching re-phasing an XS650 to 277 degrees. The crank is the easiest, but the camshaft would have to be cut and welded. There are machinist out there who will do it, or alternatively there is a British outfit which sells new 277 degree camshafts.
After watching the Millyard camshaft video, me thinks I should do it myself (with the help of a local machinist we all know).
