Motorized bicycles are legally sketchy. That doesn't prevent me from occasionally riding mine to the local store or around the neighbourhood. However, my motorized bike looks like Pee Wee Herman's, I ride it slow, and generally try to stay below the radar.
I saw this one parked at the courthouse today ... with cops coming and going.
The pedals aren't connected so it isn't even a bicycle. Whatever.
