He can't sue. It is obvious PA went over his design with a fine toothed comb before releasing their final product. PA's bike is "RED", "NOT" the famous powder blue used by Dennis. Minor difference as PA try to hit the market with the fire engine red colour for the younger more energetic crowd.

I've been so swamped in litigation that I have not looked at our Forum for awhile.

It does look like my Princess Auto Mini Bike.
