Don't know if Neil has heard back from Wendy yet but if not I say we should invade the new pub anyway--maybe we can make a good first impression and b.s. over beers???????? Just throwing it out there. CHEERS.

I poked my head in there last Wednesday and it was super busy.  I sat for 10 minutes and no server came by, so I left.  Wendy did see me on the way in.  It was opening day of the NHL though.  Might be worth an effort anyway.

Had a quick discussion with Olaf.  Consensus is to go to the CHP and check it out.  He'll bring the movie paraphernalia. The private room is apparently booked for 6pm, but not sure for how long.  There is a Canucks game on tomorrow though.  Hardy people who wish to ride still meet at the A&W at 6:30.

I was there for lunch couple of days ago.  Gave Wendy a wave on the way in.  Service was fair and the food was less than fair - beer was fine.  Hopefully that was an anomaly.  It has to get better before I would call myself a regular.

Not sure if I will give it a chance or not.  I am not a hockey fan or even a sports fan and I rather be in place with a lot let TV's  Unless we can get a separate room it would not be worth it.  My view anyways.  Besides I have had no issues with the Ranch although I have not been there in awhile.

I did not make out to the pub last week and have not heard of how it went.  Is it a go there or are we meeting somewhere else?

Beer was good, others said the hamburgers were good. They have a room that we can book.  We have it booked for Nov 8th.  Tonight we are meeting at Paul's shop, it's his birthday, he wants to have a little party.

Re: CHP a.k.a. Wendy's a.k.a. Don Cherry's Grill.
Beer is always good.  Burger and fries were average.  The side room does look promising.

I have the centre stand and engine mount bracket painted for the CB125.  See you tonight.
