Looking for Paul

I'm trying to track down Paul, the fellow who lives by the 7-11.  I had bought a cb750 off him a while back and am going to try to get a reg for it, so I need a bill of sale from him.  Any chance he's on the forum or is there a better way to contact him?   Thanks!
