Sorry I missed the call
« on: June 03, 2015, 11:12:50 AM »
Hi guys.
Sorry I missed the call last night.  Hans and I had a bit of a communication error and I told him to call my cell # which does not have reception at my house.  From my understanding we are looking at about 10 of you coming out here, which is great.  It has been a beautiful spring and I hope that the weather continues right through for a year of good riding.

I have not been on the forum much and have been fairly busy lately and I apologize for my absence.  I have quit my job and started a new company (again).  As well the wife and I decided to get the farming stuff going again so needless to say we don't have a lot of free time till all is set up again.

I haven't even worked on my bikes much, which is a bit of a disappointment.  I am waiting on a new sprocket for the XS650 so that I can run that this year.  All the others have one thing or another that I need to work on :( .  I hope you all have your knees in the breeze and are taking advantage of the weather.  If anyone has specific questions give me a text is probably best to get ahold of me.  there is lots of room for tents, campers ext.

I am planing to slaughter one of the pigs just before everyone arrives so we will do a good cook up for dinner.  Bring your appetites!

We are really looking forward to the visit and I am sure there will be some sore asses from the long haul.  talk to you all soon.

Keep your knees in the breeze and the rubber side down.
We ride  to wash the dust of daily life off our souls.

Latest consensus from last night's meeting is that we will plan to travelling to Smithers on the Friday, and then to your place the next day.  When we travel in a group, it tends to be slow.

Peace & Grease, Dennis
