I am going.  There is another thread on this.

http://www.princegeorgevintagemcclub.org/forum/index.php?topic=1933.0

I stopped by the Hixon Pub on my way home from Quesnel on Wednesday to see what the details are.  Registration is at 9:00, and a "parade" starts at 10:00.  I have no idea where a parade would go in Hixon.  In any event, I have no intention of arriving that early.

I spoke this afternoon with Bulldog, and the British guys are not planning on being down there before 11:00.  I am inclined to think likewise.  I'm sure they'll let us attend if we arrive after the parade.

Wanna meet somewhere at 10:00 and ride down together?

Peace & grease, Dennis

10:00 sounds like a good departure time to me so we should be there slightly before and hit the road at 10:00.  Since no one has suggested a meeting location, I'll suggest the Husky Truck Stop since we've used that before.

Not sure whether I'll enter anything or just go for the ride - decide when I get there.

Wil,  Neil and I will ride down. Meet at 9 at the Husky for breaky.
I live with fear and danger everyday, but sometimes I leave her at home and go motorcycling.

Glad to hear.  I'll be there.

I worked on my carbs all evening.  Around 9:30 I started my bike hoping to go for a test ride.  One of the muffler bolts had come loose.  I fits in a slot which normally allows tightening with just one wrench.  The slot was no longer holding the bolt, so I ended  up taking it out welding a lever on the bolt so it would not rotate in the slot.  Too late for a test run.  Hope I have no problems tomorrow.

Excellent way to spend at Saturday.  The weather was great.  Russel, Niel, Hans (with Will), Ted, Guy and myself departed the Husky as planned. Russel's pace kept us riding in a group to the show.

A very small town event which made it so cool.  Live music, good food, and even a pub.
