Well the merica one looks familiar as I tried to do that on my motorcycle ramp.  Lost my balance and just about lost it but was very awkward and at an extreme angle off the ramp.  Took us awhile to figure out how to get it off again.  Can happen to anybody.  As far as the Indian method I am sure my head would not take the weight or even how to balance the thing.

Never mind the balance ???----- THAT is a heluva good ladder.

Ladder, neck muscles, spine...wow.  Before attempting loading a bike watching videos on how not to do it probably is a great idea...:)
