I need a new pickup truck so....................
« on: March 03, 2014, 10:45:33 AM »
The only way I could justify buying another truck with Maribel was if I could show proof positive that I needed one and I would be stuck without it.

Well -  I don't farm so  that's out.....

I don't have any skidoos so that's out......

Wait a sec, I know what I need to do!

I need to buy one of these............

Then I'll have to have a truck on standby  :-\  :-\  ;D

So, is it an XLCH or an XLH?  Having both a kickstarter and a starter hump on the primary confuses me... is it an XLH with a kicker added?

Steve what British machine are you thinking of that the parts fall off? Ah maybe a Morris minor or Austin. I could see that, but not a BSA.
I hope every thing is going well for both of over there. I will post photos of your Beezer on the British site soon.
See you soon.

I thought I saw all the internal engine parts fall out of a BSA onto the highway once.  I'm sure a couple almost hit me.
I live with fear and danger everyday, but sometimes I leave her at home and go motorcycling.

Hans.........You are so right the old Beezer came unglued. I have to say it was the operators fault not the engines. She was a 45 year old tired engine that said enough is a enough @ about 900 to 1,000 RPM past the red line. It think most stock engines would show the same attitude. I had a 1965 Suzuki 250 X6 Hustler that wasn't friendly past 7,300 RPM which was her red line and she had the same attitude. shrapnel went every where to. Oh well i am happy it gave you and others a rush and something you all probably won't for get. :) :)
