I haven't taken pictures of this bike.  It is complete but well worn.  I found it on Kijiji with the note "needs tune up"   I was able to fire it up with ether so I decided to buy it.  I paid $250.  Since then I have gone through the carbs twice, adjusted the valves, put a capacitor in place of the battery, and put in the next hotter spark plug.  It has good spark.  It starts easy.  It just will not rev and has very little power.  It pushes blue.

I bought a compression tester, but I haven't measured the compression yet.  However, given the amount a blue smoke, the carboning up of the spark plug, and the lack of power, I am speculating that the compression is fried on this bike.

I actually wanted a pre-78 version as they have the single exhaust header.

In any event, I will pass this on to anyone willing to ease my loss.  $250 would be great, but anything is better than having to commit to a top end job when I have too much going on.  Best offer over $100 by Saturday takes it.

Caveat: I reserve to the right to withdraw this offer if I find the compression is fine, and I am just a lousy mechanic/tuner.  In that event, I'll post something.

Offer revoked.   I reserved the right to revoke if the compression was fine.  I did a test last night and I get over 150 lbs after two kicks.  Its got to be something else.
