Resource Management resolved (sort of)

The membership has set aside any decision involving the permanent disposition of the donated manuals, the most recent of which are housed at my place,  and the previously donated Yamaha Manuals, which are housed with Gary Ball.  Rather than selling these manuals piecemeal, the collection will be kept together for the use of dues-paid club members for the forseeable future.  The current understanding is that these may be borrowed by club-members who will leave their name and the date when they are given whatever manual they require, to be returned when they no longer feel the need for it.  It is agreed that a list of the available manuals will eventually be posted on the website, though this may be some time off, as the donated manuals have not been catalogued yet.  Who will administer and keep the archive has yet to be fixed, though it seems likely Gary Ball will continue to pull this duty as before, though Paul has offerred to administer the Kawasaki manuals, of which there are perhaps 100-150, so perhaps they will be adminstered to by Paul.   For the time being, I have the Suzuki and Kawasaki manuals, and Gary Ball has the Yamaha manuals.  If there may be a manual you need, by all means give me a call at 964-0533 (home answering machine) or 562-4815 shop on 1st Ave. (phone any time; no answering machine, let it ring long).  Albert Raby needs one I know we have, and Mike McLintock may want one, and perhaps Ian Wood;  these I will deliver at the party on Friday.  Anybody else want a manual on a Kawasaki or Suzuki from about the mid '70's to 2002?  (The Kawasaki ones peter out before then)  Remember, there are lots of dirt and trail bike manuals as well, ask away and I will check if what we've got lines up with your requirements.
