I had a bit of a fall a few years ago , On the ZRX. Some of you may remember, I was going over the last Railroad crossing out by my place in Miworth, and carried just enough speed over the tracks to unload the rear tire , just as i was getin back on the throttle and shifting my weight throught the Esse bend. The next thing I Felt was the rear tire breaking loose and me going into, what seemed like a real slow Low-side. Instincts took over and I backed out of the throttle, And then saw blue, green, blue, green. Some cyclists happened by to help pick up the big Z, and with a broken right foot peg, and slightly bent bars , I rode home. Once I got there and took off my leathers I found my shoulder to be in some disrepair... I tore my right AC joint. to this day I still have the lump in the right shoulder!

This was my fault completely, I was a bit Hot entering the Esse bend to pull it off. I now take the crossing in 3rd gear, down in the rev band, and not 2nd,higher in the rev band! Seems to be working so far, And i has a soild respect for RR crossings!! :)http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t4A306MeDDU. This guy has no problems with RR crossings.
