A Keeper

So I will be married to my one and only for 20 years this summer.  Nil is the best thing that ever happened to me and it only gets better as time goes by.  She has picked up a new hobby of knitting scarfs with all proceeds going to the christian leprosy mission.  Something normal for a 50ish woman to do.  She loves God as I do and that is the best part.  She has a car and treats it like any other appliance (I do maintenance for her of course).  When I had my camaro she did not appreciate 'spirited' driving such as hard accelleration or cornering.
So she has been planning for a bit now her dream vacation for us this year.  We have not gone anywhere for a couple of years....  Now what kind of dream vacation could that be you ask?  It is 2 weeks in Charlotte NC.....part of her time there will be riding along in a car at 170mph...go figure hey?  We will be taking in the 2 NASCAR races in May...I guess I can handle my wife's idea of a dream vacation....oh the sacrifices some of us have to make....Even if this were not on her wish list, she would of course still be the best thing in my life here on earth.  Anyway I thought some of you may find this a bit amusing.

I still have my first motorcycle that I bought 31 years ago.  Its a keeper.

I'm on my second wife, but this one likes my hobbies.

Peace & marital bliss, Dennis

I do not have my first motorcycle but do have my first and original wife.  She also likes my hobbies also as long as I keep time to keep her bikes running.
