So Fast 1 says he is available.  Lets do this.

Agenda: 6:30 at 103 Parker Drive.  For those who have never been to my garage, its actually on Tabor Blvd, north of 1st Ave on the corner of Tabor and Parker.  Detached double garage. 

Plan is to rebuild a 4 bank of Mikuni Carbs and install a Dyna-jet kit at the same time.  I will hopefully have a bench set up that we can stand around and watch Fast 1 do his magic.   Fast 1, do you prefer to sit or stand?  If sit I can use my bike hoist.  If stand I will make up a temporary bench on my frame jig.

If we go with the bike hoist for the carb job, then I can put my XS650 hardtail project on the frame jig for those interested in how I plan to approach that job.
