Today was a good day.... We got the engine completed, just gotta hang the carbs, exhaust, and and some electrical work... Why you ask? I cause we removed that awful fairing and the handlebars and put on some super bike bars. It's looking good.

went to my parts store today.... er I mean Pauls house to get some lights and stems... did a few little minor things at parkers and just before iI left... We decided to start it again. started right away and made me smile... as well as Parker. I'm pretty stoked and proud we got it resurrected. so just do the lights... New throttle  already in mail and then figure out the exhaust leaks... here is the video from today.

That is a much nicer motorcycle than the one I met last fall! You should be proud of yourself. All the stumbling blocks and walls you ran into with this bike would have made most guys give up, maybe you should change your username from jij to stubborn and diligent. Good thing is now ya' know exactly what you have. Looks and sounds good.  Congrats and CHEERS!!!!

Jij stopped by my place on Saturday.  The bike sounds even better for real.  I agree with Fast 1; his bike shows what you can do if you simply keep at it.  A nod should go to Parker also.  I don't know if they knew each other before, but it was pretty big of Parker to jump in and offer so much assistance.

Peace & Grease, Dennis.

you are correct dennis, however parker deserves more than a big nod... I did not know him before, he did step in and offer help, and my bike took his garage over all winter... the best part for me is, we have become very good friends.

I am happy to have my bike working, but all that aside, im much happier knowing i have made a good friend. :) team sanji !!!
