Are you buying this donor bike?  I have a GL500 done up "cafe" and I love it.
Good luck with your project,
Andre.
p.s.  I'm keeping an eye out for another GL to start a project of my own :o)

ben
I am looking for a stator, apparently there are 2 types a cheap one and a more expensive one, guess which one I need :(
It is for the 1980 model.  If you have it I am sure we can work out a deal.

If you need any honda lights ect I have a box of them....starting to get a bit picked over but just ask, I may have it.

sorry i need the stator. I know Roy at R&R cycle has a 80ish cx500 deluxe sitting there. It may have a good one in it.
Hope you find one.
Ben.
