to add a bit of context - last week the price of gas in Canadian funds in:
Amsterdam was $2.20 per litre
The UK was $$2.77 per litre
In Kampala, Uganda was $1.31 per litre
in Venezuela the cost is about $.08 per gallon!
on the other hand, none of these places have what I need to call them home so I guess it really doesn't matter if the price goes up or down does it?
