Life Happens -- Be There

« : July 19, 2016, 09:02:01 AM »

Another Club I belong to is called Bee Cee Beemers and two organizations approached them to supply moto drivers for their events.
Although this is in the lower mainland I am posting this in case any of our members would like to volunteer.

First Event

Hello,
I hope this email finds you well.
I realize this is very short notice, but we recently had our moto support team for IRONMAN Canada in Whistler drop out from the event.
We are looking for confident moto drivers to be on the bike course with marshals and media on the back of their bikes.
Do you think this is something your group might be interested in doing? We cover fuel costs and can offer a financial contribution to your club.
Please let me know at your earliest convenience!
Kind regards,
Christine

Second One:

My name is Holly and I am writing to you from the Vancouver Ride to Conquer Cancer concerning the Bee Cee Beemers group. I am reaching out to you because our Ride is looking for Motorcycle Riders to join our Moto Safety Team. Moto Safety works with Road Dispatch staff and local law enforcement to guarantee safe passage for our cyclists during each day's route. They assist at difficult intersections and other locations as requested and work in groups of two monitoring our route. On August 26th-27th we travel from Cloverdale, Surrey to Redmond, Washington. We camp overnight in Skagit County. We provide food, drinks, tents for camping overnight, live entertainment as well as reimbursing gas. I would really appreciate it if you would spread this opportunity to your group, I am looking for as many riders as possible to join!
If anyone is interested, please don?t hesitate to reach out to me!
