Hello Jer - I've sent a few around to different places. First - I'd probably want to compare the cost of the bike to the distance it has to travel and the amount of work you're willing to do to get it there.
There is Canadian Freightways if it is next door (need to use a company name, doesn't need to be Ltd.)
CN Rail if it is across the wheat sea
And if it is all the way to Lobster country then you might want to look at shipping by sea from Vancouver.
There is a bike moving company called Bike Haul that has specials and can bring it from a point in the USA to anywhere else in the USA and since we're so close to the border is could just be a matter of renting a small storage place for a month, notifying the Bike Haul guys and they'll roll it on to the truck with no crating required. I've used a small company next to Bellingham for storing the bikes and as a drop-off point. You don't need to be there to see it off and the drivers are good.
So, with a starter of information maybe you can email me at stevecrout@hotmail.com and we can discuss it further?
Steve
