These guys put Ewan and Charley to shame.  70000km on 2 pre war Nimbus Motorcycles hauling sidecars.  Here there is a blog and some video diaries.

 Like old Joe Cocker sung I get by with a little help from my friends. Is there any chance  would you be able to help me and others out which  British motorcycle do you think the Harley Davidson Shovelhead design came from? Years & make. With Rum beer TO Be HAD.
