  Out of an airplane with a parachute on purpose!! Finally got to jump. Almost no flutterbys , New plane with the door removed so turbulence is less both in and out of the plane. Good exit and arch, Clean opening at 3000 feet with a good chute, above 2000 for a long time, then dead air with a Quick descent. The most awesome ride down! First time jumping in shorts and a wifebeater with sneakers. Just right. View was a bit hazy but spectacular none the less. Managed a pretty good landing plus Reconnected with my skydive friends. People think you die from the impact, when the chute doesn't open.  Not true!  You actually die from suffocation, due to a lack of oxygen from the long scream on the way down.  The furthest I want to jump is from the back of the pick-up.

Aw... that's the stuff!

So much better when the door is off. Have you done any 'corkscrews' on the way down?
Had me spinning higher than my chute, the last time I tried that trick!
