For those who are contemplating volunteering, I am posting the email I received as follows:
"this is just a reminder that Orientation will be on Friday, at 6:00 pm with Pizza for dinner.
We may be setting out some barricades and signs at this time in prep for Saturday. Also, early registration is available from 6:00 - 8:30 pm
Thank you to those who have already confirmed their place as a volunteer on Ride Day. We really appreciate YOU!
**NOTE** there will be an orientation and safety meeting for all volunteers on Friday evening, June 19th at 6:00pm to go over our new parade route as it has changed significantly and we also have new volunteers for the poker stations and registration. Pizza will be provided for supper.
Also, looking for lots of sun for that day. And a great ride.
