Seriously, though, I'm just wrapping my head around letting go of my old Honda, '81 CM400T.
She's got an electrical gremlin, but starts up and runs for about 5 min. before quitting (talk to Dennis, Hans, or Quinton, they've seen).
Ran beautifully before the electrics (initially thought it was the carbs) started fussing around, and I've done the rings and seals, coils, and leads this year, too.
Also rebuilt (and balanced) the carbs with a factory kit.
Tank could use a lick of paint (not dumped, just poor quality paint, 8 yrs old)... but there's new pipes, the seat has been nicely recovered, and I picked up a set of hard cases (which still need the frames adjusted) from another club member. Everything 'should' work... and does, for a little bit... but then doesn't.
You may be the best qualified person to sort out the problem, and I'd prefer her to go to a good home...
