The Pan lost a Valve guide and jammed the Oil pump last Fall....These are some pics of the Head repair.....
This pic shows the chunk of head( Guide Hole ) that was cracked off ....with a little help of a smiling guy and a hammer...

After the weld
Needed this pan jig....
Boring out the hole....ended up being dead centre of the seat....just had to lap valve in
cleaning up the gasket surface
Made the guide and installed it nicely.....a little bit of porting....
Ready for install....waiting for some seals....some are saying NOT to use them though....
