« on: August 19, 2011, 01:39:15 PM »
The Honda Dealer up past Walmart is putting on a garage sale, They have helpfully catagorized the bags of NOS parts by model, ie GL1200 etc. Leather and other stuff too. Maybe even some sissy bars! Saturday the 20th at 9:00 till 4:00   Cheers  AJDAVE

What, you didn't buy the NOS kit?

NOS would be good on an "old" wing. Most of the for ones sale seem to be dry kits though.

It might help you get the Led out.
I live with fear and danger everyday, but sometimes I leave her at home and go motorcycling.

Put sparkies o the Harley for awhile. Looked great in the dark, but made it really hard to see where you were going while watching them. They also blew out the regulator so I have two if anyone wants them.

Speaking of leds does anyone know of a good site that has info on making led circuit boards for rear brake lights.

What is it you want the led lights to do?  The replacement led bulbs can be VERY BRIGHT on-axis, and not terrible off-axis (much better than the ones they have at Princess)  and they are fairly cheap at about $6.  Are you looking to program some sort of sequential, all-singing, all-dancing tail light?

Rather than bright in the middle only, it would be nice to have bright throughout the whole light. I have seen a replacement plate that spreads the leds around.
If they could dance would it be a polka, waltz, jive, modern-jump-around or a combination of all of them depending on the panic pressure.
