Mike McLintock had a Prince George Radiator Shop do one of his tanks last summer for, I think, $150. Most rad shops, it seems, offer this service now; I had the same shop do a car tank 15 years ago. Guy has a connection in Ontario for POR (Paint Over Rust)15, which has in it's catalogue a tank liner; I have used regular POR 15, and it is tough, even the normal stuff from years ago was impervious to gas, and everything else except (a lot of) time and UV. And, of course, Kreem is still around for $50 a kit. It works as well as it ever did; which is not too bad. What I don't like about the rad shop stuff is the red colour, which I don't like when I look in a tank (that's why I lined it, to get RID of red), but the plastic they use seems tough, probably tougher than Kreem, which the makers of were always leery of for use with oxygenated/ethanol gas. Remember your tank will have plastic in it from that point on, so get any bodywork out of the way first, if you think you might want heat or welding. You might have to fab a plate to cover the fuel outlet, and then tap the plastic out of the holes afterwards.
I think Mike used Northland Radiators on 3rd.
