I offer this engineering specification as a public service to all my friends in the PGVMC.
The specification will immediately resolve any disagreements about the venerated holiday tree. All one must do is obtain an agreement that the appropriate engineering standard is THE standard. Then no more family acrimony about where, how high and what baubles should and should not go on the tree. Thereafter everyone will live in harmony. Attached.
