I know most of you want to build from scratch, but this is pretty cool.. its a prefab kit all ready to go.

I've been following Ryca since their first projects were on the WWW.  Leno does a good analysis.

I have always thought the Savage would be a great donor bike.  I frequently check Kijiji for a deals.  In BC, the prices are seldom as low as these guys suggest though (they say $500 - $1,000).  The bikes in their price range are usually pretty rough.

A really cool idea for a kit.  I have always like the Savage and thought it had lots of potential.  Just could not get one at the right price.
