Battery brokers on first ave. should be able to tell you in a moment or 2.

I know:  I am back.  I got snowed on two separate times while down south, and covered over with ice while fleeing the grand canyon into the teeth of another stormfront... still, those roads you read about in the magazines really are pretty good - the Angeles Crest Highway (Route 2) through the Angeles National Forest is a great road, even with the snow still hanging around a bit, and more in the forecast after we rode it, and the San Bernardino National Forest road is not to be missed, either, it comes down off the mountains like a little switchback road in the Alps, except it is four lanes wide - short straightaways connecting at least 180 degree corners coming down about four thousand feet in short order, with light traffic and multiple lanes.  Never seen anything like that before

oh, and my CX500 used a 14ah battery like your GL (I assume), so I would be surprised if the CX650 didn't use the same battery?  It doesn't just transfer between the two bikes?

Thanks Russell....I would also presume a 14 ah, will go to Napa today and buy a new one, should get a couple of new spark plugs also............the bike started on the old battery, but it is rather low.    Glad you had a good trip and are safely back at home.........see you Friday......Mike
