Title: KZ400/GS250-400 wheel

Might be looking to buy a spoked Kawasaki KZ400 front wheel, or a spoked GS250/300/400 wheel if anyone has one or those, or knows where one of these might be - haven't been out to Roy's yet to look there.

Thinking  that there is one here......it is an 18 inch though...Will put it with the CB fender and Tail pipe

An extra one?  Or the one off the front end of the 400 you took in trade?  Not worth crippling an otherwise complete bike for;  Roy probably has plenty of these...  there have been a lot of 400 Kawasaki's and GS250 and 400's go through his place and I haven't even bothered to go and look yet.
