As well as looking for a wheel chock I want to buy a full length motorcycle maintenance lift.
At PA there is a yellow one for 599 dollars that sometimes goes on sale for 499 dollars. There is also listed but not out on the floor a blue one without the air over hydraulic hoist for 399 dollars.
The blue one I believe is 5 inches shorter and 5 inches narrower than the yellow one. They both have the rear wheel hatch cover that can be removed. The yellow appears to have a better front wheel chock. I don't know if the blue one is made from the same gauge steel as the yellow one or if it is of a lighter gauge.
I think Rusty and Dennis have yellow hoists but I am not sure what Neil and Parker bought as their own Christmas gifts this past year. If they bought the blue one then I would like to know how satisfied they are with the less expensive unit.

I have the yellow one like Russ has. It has foot over hydraulic which isn't as convenient as air over hydraulic but is better for the legs. As the bt dashound on the purina ad says "go ahead check them out". Some artistic license used here. ;D

Mike B and his friend Sterling came to my place and assured me that the one on the floor, yellow with the black lower chassis, and the air over hydraulic lift, was the one on sale for $399 (which would be an awesome buy) but if you say the $399 one is a different, blue unit (that I have never seen) then I will go back to thinking those guys made a mistake, which is what I would have assumed. The width of the table might be negotiable, but length is good if you want to rock the bike back onto it's centrestand - that takes a bit of extra runway. (you could add a bolt-on 'plank', like the steel one I made for Mike B's table, on the front of the blue table, maybe?)

Chuck and Brad, two of Mike B's friends, and I went to Princess yesterday, and now there seems to be no mention of the $399 blue table. The air/hydraulic yellow/black chassis one is $599, as it has been for some time, though they have gone back to the small wheels and have deleted the rear screw pads again, neither of which is an improvement. So many variations on this table over the years...
