I see that it is also being sold at Save On Foods a well as London Drugs.

That must be Save On in College Heights.  I regularly shop at Save On at Spruceland and have never seen it on the stands.  I also frequently pop into Spruceland News, and have not seen it on the stand there either.

Yeah I saw it in College Heights, but this is the first month I've seen it available.

Not at Save On at Spruceland or Spruceland News.
Save On has Street Chopper and The Horse which are both pretty risque, but nothing so radical as Cafe Racer.
