Wow, that's ambitious.  At my age I am looking for the book, "HOW TO HAVE TEA AND TOAST BY THE FIRE WITHOUT NODDING OFF BEFORE 8 O'CLOCK"

It's not so much if  the rocking chair goes back and forth really fast, rather, it's about knowing  how to make it do so.

In other words.....Do you still look at the pretty young thing as she walks by???  Remember young is relative.  ;D
