OK I have done a lot of digging and I think I have cured the problem with the picture postings.

Yup, got the same message tonight as the last few days;  not blaming the uploader like before, but rather me and my files directly.  Whatever the problem is, it seems to remain.

ok, the 16kb jpg worked, the 424kb jpg didn't.

I tried one 150 x150 and it wouldn't go... ???

I have increased the allowable attachment size to 1280kb
Try that

try this.

400x300 picture 124kb didn't work
150x113 picture 20kb did work.

I think it's maybe a resolution thing.

OK lets take frustration out of the picture - its only a picture.
I have played with settings in the forum that I actually have no Idea what they do - but,
Check under Technical Section/ Brakes and my post today is that big enough?
