Title: Helmets

Where in town is the best place to get quality information to purchase a new helmet (they know their product)?
Also, asking if one knows of a reputable site for rating of helmets.

Newer Snell or ECE ratings are good.  Plain DOT ratings are sketchy.  Other pretty good info...
