Title: General Membership meeting, Tuesday July 7

Time: 6:30 for 7:00, Tuesday July 7, 2020
Place: Prince George Legion: 101-1116 6th Avenue

There will be a meeting this coming tuesday at the Legion--they are opening just for us. 

Here are the social distancing rules that everyone in attendance must follow:

1.   If you feel ill, or have a fever or are experiencing any flu-like symptoms then do not come.  Stay home.
2.   Everyone must sign the guest register by the entrance with your name (written legibly) and a contact telephone number.  This is needed for contact tracing in case anyone comes down with Covid
3.   The wait-staff cannot deliver plates to the tables.  Instead, an unoccupied table near the galley is designated where they set down your plate and call your number.  You then pick up your plate and cutlery.
4.   Tables arranged side-by-side may have chairs at only every second table.
5.   The Legion will permit us to arrange tables in a circle, but we must put them back the way we found them when we are done. 

We need a couple of volunteers to show up a little early (say at 6:15-ish) to help arrange tables.
