Wayne Balcean passed away last night after a lengthy battle with cancer. The family will need time to grieve and I will post when we know what is going to happen for a gathering. Please keep in mind the family may need help with expenses, Wayne has helped each one of us.

Will be at Nelly's at 7 tonight if anyone cares to hoist a pint.

I will try to make Nellies tonight. Wayne's dying is as expected but still a shock when it does come to be. I wish all the best for his family.

I am broken to hear about his passing. Although I am out of the vintage bike game now (they have all been stolen or sold) Wayne helped me out with a dead idle on my ninja 250 this spring. What a joy to have him in my life and what a loss to have him gone.
I will see many of you at the funeral. I should warn you all, I cry easy.

Very sad to hear this. I enjoyed Wayne, saw him around at various places and snapped some pictures in the process. I dug some up this morning. He asked me to take pictures of his car at this year's show and shine, I got him in one shot as well, then took a couple more when I returned and found him resting in his car. I have a few more of him as well from other times.
