Russel Parker helped me straighten out pair of Yamaha 34mm forks a few years ago (see Complete Rebuilds - XS650 Bobber Flat Tracker).  Pretty easy with the right tools.

I hear tell that many of the modern bikes with large diameter fork tubes are actually very thin walled, and straightening them is difficult or impossible.
