Title: Another GT750
Post by: Olafskii on September 24, 2017, 09:16:30 PM
I got the Fraser Lake GT750 too.  The buyer from Chilliwack reneged on the deal so the guy called me back.  This bike used to be owned by the guy who ran the Endako wrecking yard.

This means that now my stable is full--no more room for more.  And, I got projects to last me for a few years.

Good looking bike, is that the original mileage?

I don't know if it's original mileage or not.  So far I know that the engine turns over, there is no coolant in the oil, and the speedo cable was well attached to the front wheel hub.  However, the front tire was much fatter than stock so the front wheel has been off before.

Other stuff: The rear wheel has the correct hub but the wrong rim.  The airbox is missing and it's got the K&N filterchargers in it's place.  The bike has never been crashed and maybe not even dropped.  I'm not taking chances-it will be a complete engine-out overhaul.
