Being somewhat computer and internet illiterate I tend to take things for granted. On a recent visit to the chopper underground forum I found they were closing down. Somewhat similar to our format the reason they're closing down is that it costs 200 a month to be online and due to reduced reading and writing they have lost the advertisers that covered that. The British clubs forum also has advertising I'm assuming for this purpose. Terry has somehow managed to efficiently kept our site running for the paltry sum of 25 dollars a year. His membership To a club he is rarely able to see due to his globetrotting. Applause and accolades to the unsung hero of our club! Give a rousing hand of applause to our admin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!CHEERS!

I thank you oh Fast1 for the plaudits. Humbly accepted. The truth of the matter is that it really only costs $35 a year for a web hosting site down in the good ole US of A. The Forum software program is free, the other clubs who find it too expensive aren't looking in the right place or they are having the site built by an outside source and that is always expensive.
I enjoy looking after our hidey hole on the WWW it keeps my brain active and my fingers flexible (so I can pick up a beer).
I will be back on the road this summer hopefully for more rides than last year. ;D

Finally broke out the wallet and watched the moths fly off to the moon and put the old girl on the road. I also got all the papers and photos together and sent them off to get the Vintage plates for it. Took it for a spin today and I need to pull the front brake pads as they are a little sticky maybe do that this weekend. It was a little gusty in places so watch out when passing through some of the "open" spaces.
Feel better already
