Title: Of puke and rain
Post by: fast1 on December 10, 2014, 10:37:28 PM
Monday nite helped our youngest bio son move the last of his things (boys are poor planners) and his dog-who threw up in the backseat of my van. I cleaned it up. Came home and my wife went out, then our 3 year old power heaved all over our living room. I cleaned it up. Last nite just before dinner our 4 year old power heaved all over our living room and I cleaned it up, before helping our oldest son who is also a poor planner finish moving. Stomach bug going around so my wife gave all of the kids gravol before bed. About 9 our 5 year old boy heaved all over his bed, the rug and the hall. I cleaned it up. My wife has a weak tummy when it comes to barf. Only 4 more to go! Before tonite's barf incident all the kids were sleeping and the house was quiet so I decided to take my guitar out on the deck and play, afterall how often can you play outside in December wearing only a sweater at 8 oclock? Even though I purposely didn't play my rain song ten minutes in it started. That's when I had an epiphone. There are no fun rain sports. In fact there are no fun things to do in the rain at all, except maybe dodge it! Bring back the snow, I don't like brown CHRISTmas'es and want to go skiing!~ CHEERS.

Now I'm scared.  I have been feeling queasy since Monday.  No barfing yet though.

Pukin Puppies!  Almost makes me sick reading it.....I pretty much stay well by taking colloidal silver daily during the winter.  On several occasions (over the years) I have even started to feel sick, like a real knot growing worse in my gut.  Each time 3 extra doses  of silver (chased with a cup of water) half an hour apart has made me better.  Does not work perfectly every time, (once I do get a cold no turning back) but from those 3 times I am convinced the stuff works.  I have gone as long as 5 years or so without getting a cold or sick and am sure the silver has helped in this.  You all have a nice Christmas.

Interesting Wayne , and sorry too...... Hope eveyone feels better soon. Having grown up on the wet coast I concurr with the lake of things to do in the rain!! As for a preventitive Cold/flu elixer,  however,I use Cold fx and Echinatia (sp). If  I actually do come down with something I try and drink plenty of fluids,  such as Hot rums !! ;D

Marry Xmas
