A friend sent me this youtube video of a road his daughter drove on but not on a bike.  Looks great except for the traffic at the end.  http://youtu.be/--BiUfKMyQs

That is a bit narrow for my liking with no place to go if an avoidance is necessary, other than that must have been a nice view at the top.

Lots of nice new road between Terrace and PG, too, they've been paving like crazy!
