Title: '85 Yamaha YZ 250

My neighbor has an 85 yz 250 for sale, the motor needs to be put together but he says all the parts are there including gaskets and he claims it looks good inside. I haven't seen it yet but could go look and take photos if anyone is interested. He's asking $350 for it but that is probably just a starting price. Bike is in Smithers, Thanks. Bob

Turns out it's a 125, looks in decent condition though. Don't know much about these little 2 strokes but you can still see crosshatch in the cylinder. I think the kid who owned it before just took it apart without reason and then couldn't put it back together. The back wheel has a bit of side play but other than that the chassis looks not bad. Motor has a bit of rust on the crank but I didn't see any broken parts. I'm not good at posting photos to the forum but I can email them to anyone wanting them. I don't have a pickup or a place to store it but will gladly pass on the fellas phone number if anyone is interested.
