Hi
Just a short note to inform anyone who might be interested. I finally had my surgery this last Saturday night. Was longer than expected but it is alright. Now have to wait for the rest of the digestive to start working. I am hoping to be out by the end of this week. I would hate to be here over Christmas. But I a feeling pretty good and expect to come out on top again. If I do not see any of you before Christmas all the best for the season and have a great New Year.

Yes, I am interested in how people here are doing. I wish one and all a good Christmas, I hope you recover in time to enjoy the season. My prayer is for your recovery and that all may come to know the reason for this season. 1 John 5:10-12 NLT.

Thanks for all the good wishes. They are putting me on clear fluids today after two weeks of ice chips, yummy. Also hope to get the nasal gastric tube out that would be a bonus. I am hoping to get out at least during the weekend, I would hate to spend Christmas here.

Have you escaped yet??
