No papers. The guy had to buy it as part of a package and does not want this one. He is apparently rebuilding a Yamaha. I have emailed him. I will share further information.

Post Script: This is the email I got back, "This is Dwaine with the nighthawk replying back. The engine is complete. The seat is there but needs covering and the signals are broken. Work and parts on cables needed. I?m home after 4:00 and on the weekend. You can call if you would like to have a look."
