Is broken! And Terry thought nobody went there! Gotta love the barter system. Fixed a beater GS 1000 for a young fellow with no budget-turns out he's a carpenter. He is going to fix my deck in exchange for bike repairs. Everybody wins and I don't get screwed!

Good goin'. Alex was it? Sounded like a bike you could put right in short order...

yes it was Alex, nice young man. Might even get him to join the club. Points were dirty and tight, timing was off, 3&4 plug wires were backwards, pulse line was off, #3 plug was cross threaded, # 1 wire cap was barely on, went from 30 to 80 horse in one afternoon. For such an ugly beast it moves out well. Lit a fire to get on fixing the red rocket. In praise of Suzuki it fired right up even with all those things wrong. Can't wait to fix my deck. Dennis I didn't forget you- he needed it for work wheels. My cell died yesterday so call my house 596-5414 and we will set up something one day next week. Cheers.
